Toilet Won't Flush?
We Fix The "Unflushables."

If the plunger didn't work the first time, it won't work the tenth time. You have a hard blockage trapped in the trapway. We use professional augers to retrieve it safely.

Is This A Toilet Problem or a Sewer Problem?

Before you panic, check the other drains in your bathroom. This simple test tells us exactly what equipment to bring.

Scenario A: The Local Clog

The toilet is clogged, but the sink and shower drain perfectly fine.

Fix: Toilet Auger

Scenario B: The Main Line

When you flush, water gurgles up in the bathtub or shower drain.

The Physics of a Clog

Why Your Plunger Failed

A plunger works by compression—it pushes water to force the clog down. But if the object is solid (like a toy) or dense (like a wad of "flushable" wipes), plunging just packs it tighter into the narrow "S-Trap."

We don't push. We retrieve.

The Hook Technique

Our augers have a corkscrew head that hooks onto the wipes or object, allowing us to pull it BACK out instead of jamming it deeper.

Porcelain Protection

Cheap snakes scratch toilets. Ours feature a heavy-duty vinyl boot that protects the visible bowl from grey scratch marks.

The "Pull and Reset" Procedure

Sometimes an object is wedged so tight that pulling it would crack the porcelain. In this case, we perform a surgical removal. We lift the toilet, flip it, remove the object from the bottom, and reinstall it better than it was before.

01

Safely Lift

We disconnect water, unbolt the base, and lift the unit without damaging the floor.

02

Extract Object

Accessing the trap from the bottom allows us to push the object OUT the way it came in.

03

New Wax Ring

We scrape off the old wax and install a reinforced wax ring to prevent future leaks.

04

Reseal & Caulk

We bolt it down, level it so it doesn't rock, and apply a clean bead of caulk.

Toilet Repair FAQ

Why does the water level drop and then rise?

This is often caused by wind blowing across the vent pipe on your roof, or a partial blockage in the main line that is creating a vacuum effect. If it happens frequently, we recommend a camera inspection.

Can I use a wire coat hanger to snake it?

**Please don't.** Metal hangers leave grey scratch marks on the bottom of the bowl that are impossible to remove. Furthermore, hangers usually push the clog deeper into the complex S-curve, making it harder for us to retrieve later.

Do you carry replacement parts?

Yes. If your toilet is running constantly or leaking (not just clogged), our trucks are stocked with universal fill valves, flappers, tank bolts, and supply lines. We can rebuild the tank mechanism while we are there.
